How To Transfer Files:

1. For files less than 10mb, email the file to your Graphics Consultant.
2. For larger files, use our ftp portal by clicking on the "FTP UPLOAD " blue button to the right.

Helpful Tips When Providing Files:

1. Always CONVERT ALL TYPE TO OUTLINES
   To convert all fonts to outlines in Adobe Illustrator:
   a) Select All
   b) from the TYPE menu select CREATE OUTLINES
2. Include all support files such as fonts (if not converted to outlines), scans, logos, and linked files.
3. Supply a jpg as reference to make sure we know what the final product should look like.
4. Provide pictures preferrably at 300 dpi at final size, but no less than 150 dpi, in a .PSD, .EPS, or .TIF format. We do not recommend .gif or .jpg files as these are too low of resolution.
5. All Photoshop files should be CMYK, Grayscale, or Bitmapped (bitmapped at 900 dpi for optimal quality)
