Our FULL SERVICE ART DEPARTMENT is ready to be an extension of your company. We’re equipped with both Mac and pc software and hardware. 
Our staff of Graphic Designers represent more than fifty years of graphics experience. So if Sun does the graphic design or if you provide the files, our team will make sure
the end result is quality that all of us will be proud of.
Each artist is experienced in setting up files for screen printing; with the appropriate amount of trap, curves, and tricks of the trade. Rest assured that when we receive your files, we'll make every effort from start to finished piece to give the best quality product.
Helpful Tips When Providing Files:
- Always CONVERT ALL TYPE
TO OUTLINES
To convert all fonts to outlines in Adobe Illustrator:
a) Select All
b) from the TYPE menu select CREATE OUTLINES - Include all support files such as fonts (if not converted to outlines), scans, logos, and linked files.
- Supply a hard copy of the project or email a jpg or pdf for us to compare.
- Provide pictures at 300 dpi at final size, or no less than 150 dpi, in a .PSD, .EPS, or .TIF format. Do not send .gif or .jpg files for final output (these are low resolution file formats that are not recommended)
- All Photoshop files should be CMYK, Grayscale, or Bitmapped (bitmapped at 900 dpi for optimal quality)

SPOT COLORS
When assigning a specific "spot" color to art or text, reference a Pantone (PMS) color chart. This will insure that the color you have selected will be reproduced accurately in the final product.

We'll provide you with the appropriate FTP link along with a user name and password.
