Ideas for upcoming projects, and some hopeful solutions:
There are many different products available through screen printing. Our staff will be happy to discuss the details with you. We’ll help you determine which materials to use, which side of the material to print on, what adhesive will work best, and how we should finish it all off.

View a list of the “materials we print”; Screen press in motionbasically any flat, smooth, and solid material. Our presses will print on any material that will lay flat, which will not allow air through it, as long as it’s no thicker than ¾’s of an inch thick. We print on a wide variety of plastics, aluminum, banner vinyl, pressure sensitive vinyls and static clings, to name a few. For a comprehensive list of materials, click on “Materials we Print”.

Some materials, also referred to as subtrates, include: Styrene, PVC, Corrugated Plastic (Coroplast, Corex, etc.), Polycarbonate (Lexan), acrylic, rigid vinyl, board stock (posters), aluminum, decal vinyl (stickers), static cling, Mylar (polyester), magnets, vinyl banner, poly banner, and more.  If it lays flat, chances are we can print on it!

The products you can create using these substrates are endless.

Examples are:
Indoor or outdoor signage, political signs, equipment markings, point-of-purchase displays, vehicle and fleet graphics, vehicle magnets, store-front window graphics, double-sided decals, floor graphics, counter mats, and posters, to name a few.  Tell us what you're trying to make, and we’ll steer you in the right direction.

Different adhesives are available for your decals and stickers.
We inventory many decal materials with different strength adhesives. DECALS Some are made for temporary use, permanent use, and for stronger applications such as powder coated metals that other adhesives have trouble sticking onto.
If we know exactly what your decal or sticker will be used for, and what it will be applied too, we’ll help you eliminate some real sticky headaches.
