MATERIALS WE PRINT

Some of these materials include, but are not limited to;
Plastics, Mylar, Static Cling Vinyl, Aluminum, Plexiglass, Banner Vinyl, Adhesive Materials, Poster Boards, Lexan, Polyolefin, Coroplast, Foam Boards, PVC, and almost any other flat material.

Here's some information on a handful of the most common materials:

Aluminum Best suited for outdoor signs because of the their long term durability, aluminum is used for real estate signs, security signs, notice signs, and more.

Banner Vinyl Banners have a tendency to attract attention. They are economical, durable, and portable. Available in different thicknesses with or without “scrim” for additional support, banners are perfect for temporary signage. Banners rolled up and baggedIndoor Outdoor banner materials contain “scrim” or threads woven throughout the middle layers of the vinyl, thus making them much stronger. There are different choices such as; glossy or non glossy material, textured or smooth finish, block out vinyl and others.


Calendered Rigid Vinyl
A rigid film product with a uniform surface texture that provides an excellent finish for printing. Frequently screen printed for POP signage, ID cards, tags and labels.

Cardstock, Board Stock, Poster Boards, or Paper Used for indoor P.O.P. (point-of-purchase) displays. 10 ply, 14 ply and 24 ply, white, one or two sided. Available in various thicknesses. Sizes up to 28" x 44". Not intended for outdoor use. Can be die cut, and can be laminated.

Coroplast or Corex is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications. A lightweight corrugated plastic, very economical, and appropriate for short Coroplast, Corroplast, Corexterm applications. It is tougher than corrugated fiberboard and lighter than extruded plastic. Direction of corrugation must be specified, and is referred to as flute direction. Available in various thicknesses and sheets up to 48" x 96". Can be die cut.

Lexan is an excellent candidate for many interior sign applications. Second surface graphics are protected against fading and wear. High impact strength. Inherent "water-clear" transparency. Product purity, consistency, and durability. High heat resistance - RTI up to 125°C. Dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. Unlimited colors - transparent, translucent and opaque. Flame resistance. UV stability.

Magnetic Vinyl White Vinyl laminated to magnetic material. Can be die cut. Used primarily on vehicles, but will adhere to any steel surface. Relatively good outdoor material. Can be screen printed directly. Not intended for large format graphics.

PETG sheet (similar to Lexan) offers excellent clarity, toughness, versatility, chemical resistance and ease of fabrication. Excellent for screen printing, signage and displays.

Pressure Sensitive Vinyl Can be screen printed or digitally printed. Can be die cut and/or kiss-cut. Various strength adhesives are available. A variety of uses; mainly decals, stickers, and labels.

Sintra – Expanded PVC An extremely durable indoor/outdoor plastic.
Available in various thicknesses and colors. Can be die cut - no bleed edges. Can be laminated. Fire resistant. Good outdoor weatherability.

Static Cling Vinyl Adheres best to glass, inside or outside, is totally removable, has no adhesive, transferable, but short life. Excellent for promotions.

Styrene A cost effective indoor plastic. Most commonly used for POP signage. Available in various thicknesses from .010 to .080. Can be die cut. Translucent or opaque. High impact. Not recommended for outdoor use, as it will yellow and become brittle.
