We’ve been making banners for thirty years. There are many materials and each has its own purpose. Let us know if you are looking for something long term, short term, Indoor or outdoor.

Vinyl banners come in various thicknesses for added durability; 10oz, 12oz., 13oz, and more. Poly banners also come in various thicknesses but are considered short term banners because they are made from thin sheets of plastic.

Outdoor banners have threads called “scrim” that cross through the center of the vinyl. This enables the banners to withstand higher winds, prevent tearing. Indoor banners don’t need scrim, so smoother banner materials can be used. Smoother banner vinyls print much sharper and cleaner images, making them best suited for full color graphics.

Outdoor banners need rope or a combination of rope and grommets to secure them in place.

Certain types of stitching are required for the hem of the banners, especially when placed outdoors.

Indoor banners can be hung in a store by many other methods that appeal to the user. Various hardware made of plastic can be used. Some prefer to hang banners using a wooden dowel in the top and bottom of the banner.
