FTP INSTRUCTIONS
To obtain login information, please contact your representative at 941-753-7541, or 800-248-4817. You will need a user name and password. FTP is easy, just by using your Internet Browser or ftp client software, drag and drop your files to upload.
Each time you send files via ftp, we request the following:
- When sending larger files, please provide them in a compressed format such as using WinZip or Stuff-it before uploading. This will expedite the upload process as well.
- Contact your customer service representative or sales executive prior to sending your files so we can insure proper receipt. We’ll look out for the files and download them ASAP.
- Name the files according to the name of your company, job description, with your PO#, or your Sun Job Number which you can find on the Job Acknowledgement provided to you. This will enable our Art department an easier way to identify the files to the correct Job.
